Warn note: Most of routers support both of 2.4G and 5G WiFi, but this camera only works with 2.4Ghz WiFi, 5G is not supported! The ways to check 2.4G and 5G:
1. Go to the setting of your phone to check if the WiFi name with 2.4G or 5G, if the WiFi name with 2.4G or 5G please choose the WiFi name with 2.4G to connect;
2. If the WiFi name doesn’t with 2.4G or 5G, please access your router, find wireless to check your information, 2.4G and 5G WiFi information will be listed in router.
